Pure Bodyworks’ Elite Athlete Training program is designed especially for you—young, developing, and highly skilled hockey players.
Personal Training
Nothing beats that personal touch. Our one-on-one training offers customized routines that encourage you to reach your full fitness potential. Forget the plateau. Our program shakes it up so that you remain motivated and continue to see positive changes. If you have a specific physical challenge, our trainers will work closely with your physician and develop a program that is safe and effective. All programs cover nutrition, cardiovascular endurance, resistance training, and flexibility.
Group Training
Our group classes allow everyone to finish first. Really. Whether it’s climbing a mountain or pedaling down a hill, these sessions are designed to get your body pumped and moving. Experience a great workout and spend time with friends.
Strength & Core Conditioning
Acquire the flexibility, strength, endurance, and speed to perform beyond your own expectations and your competitor’s abilities. Strengthen your core. Since the core region includes all the muscles related to the mid-section of your body, most movements, if not all, are generated or stabilized primarily through these key muscle groups. Be strong in your core and you will be strong for life.
Elite Athlete Training (Sport Specific)
Our customized programs incorporate the science and execution of sport-specific training and reflect the character of your sport. We focus on developing speed, strength, power, agility, muscle reactivity, and balance. Our specialty is hockey but we are happy to work with athletes from all sports: baseball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, football, swimming, volleyball, golf, skiing, and snowboarding.
Weight Loss Programs
These programs shouldn’t even be called weight loss programs because of how much fun they are. These energy packed classes require a lot of vigour, so the calories easily burn and inches melt away. All programs combine intervals of strength, aerobic training, and core strength.
Fitness Boot Camps
Are you ready to test your limits? Catapult yourself to the next level with this cardio, military-based workout. The camps are designed for people of all skill levels and include various stations that combine athletic drills, strength training, and endurance exercises. These programs provide fun and dynamic workouts that are unique and bridge the gap between traditional strength training drills and functional sport performance.
